2014 Plans

Many people start out a new year deciding on resolutions, big purchases or declarations.  When it comes to planned purchases for a year typically one plans for something big, like say a house, new car, computer, maybe even a boat. 

Me, I am going for more simpler things this year.   

This year I vow to purchase MORE BLANKETS!!!!!

I'm talking good old cotton blankets and throws. 

Comfortable and convenient.  

Sounds simple and small, but I declare: 

it's a desire and a must!!!!!!

Sharing My World With My Girl


My daughter has decided she wants to start a blog, so to give her an understanding of the variety of what a blog can be about I decided to share mine with her.   We read through all my posts over the past 5 years.  Whew, a lot happened!  The good, the sad, the silly!  We laughed, we cried (I cried a lot)!

 I love sharing moments like this with her.  Maybe her inspiration will drive me to write on here more.  Maybe not. No matter what, this was a beautiful moment shared with my little love!
